Guy gets TASERED over a SPEEDING TICKET!!!!!

Pay very close attention to these points.
The guys states:
“I am not resisting arrest.”
“I want you to read me my rights. Read me my rights.” (the cop doesn’t)
“What is my speed? You cannot arrest me until you tell me my rights. You’re out of your realm.”
“Tell me what I am being arrested with? Tell me, please.”
“How fast? I have a right to know.”
This guy has ALL RIGHTS to ask these questions.
And listen to what the cop states:
“You’re not following my instructions.”
“Painful, isn’t it?” (regarding the taser)
“I was placing him under arrest… and that’s just the way it is.” (to the guy’s wife)
AND THEN He just opens up her door without permission. Just because he thinks he can.
And then he says that he gave the guy warning that he was going to taser him. THERE WAS NO WARNING. HE GAVE NO WARNING. Rewatch the video.
AND AT THE END, they just start searching his vehicle!!!!!
This is not right. And I know what I am talking about!
This was definately unlawful treatment. This made me sick, who are we supposed to trust if we can’t trust in those who are supposed to uphold the law!
I know. It’s getting tougher and tougher to see the forest from the trees. The best thing we can do is to understand our rights and understand where their jurisdiction lies.
